Authenticity
On the back of every bottle of Maison Eldar is an NFC chip by WID. A smartphone with NFC is enough to verify the bottle’s certificate.
How to verify
Download the WID app, free on the App Store and Google Play.
Open the app and hold the phone to the back of the bottle.
The app queries the WID database and confirms the bottle’s certificate.

WID is a French company that creates solutions for the vine and wine sector.

Restaurants, wine merchants and importers: for traceability with WID, write to the Maison.
Questions
Which phones can read the chip?
Any smartphone with NFC. On iPhone, hold the top of the phone to the back of the bottle; on Android, usually the middle of the back of the phone, with NFC switched on in the settings. A phone without NFC cannot read the chip.
What if the verification fails?
Try again, keeping the phone still against the back of the bottle. If the app does not confirm the certificate, write to the Maison: someone will answer.
Why a chip?
For authenticity and traceability. Each bottle is identified individually, and anyone holding it can verify its certificate.
